Orders + shipping

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 business days to fulfill an order.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and weight. You’ll see the total before you place your order. Orders over $50 ship free.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. Right now we ship within the U.S. only.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about tracking or shipping, email us at hello@paperandstuff.shop.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch, please try the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Check with neighbors in case the courier left it with them

Returns + issues

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry about that. Please email hello@paperandstuff.shop within one week with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the wrong/damaged item

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at hello@paperandstuff.shop and we’ll try to make it right.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are offered for wrong items or damaged items. Email hello@paperandstuff.shop with your order number and photos, and we’ll sort it out.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Sometimes, yes. Since we pack and ship quickly, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
Orders can be cancelled, but they can’t be edited once placed. If you need a change, email us ASAP so we can try to catch it in time.

Product + gifting

Do you customize greeting cards?
At this time, we don’t offer custom designs or personalized messages. Our collection is pre-designed so we can focus on making new cards, keeping everything in stock, and shipping orders out quickly.

Do you include a gift note or ship as a gift?
Not right now. We don’t offer gift notes or gift wrapping at this time.

How are items packaged?
Paper goods ship in rigid mailers or boxes to keep everything flat and protected. Keychains ship in padded envelopes.

Discounts + gift cards + wholesale

Do you offer discount codes?
Yes. We run a few automatic promos from time to time (you’ll see what’s currently available on the site and at checkout). Discount codes can’t be applied after an order is placed.

Do you accept gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available here.

Do you sell wholesale?
