Sponsor: This giveaway is hosted by paper and stuff LLC and Line & Kind (referred to as "Sponsors"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Employees of paper and stuff LLC and Line & Kind, their families, and anyone professionally associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entry Period: The giveaway begins in May 2025 and ends in June 2025 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after this period will not be eligible.
How to Enter:
Instagram: Participants must follow both @paperandstuff_co and @lineandkind Instagram accounts during the Entry Period and tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway announcement post.
Newsletter Sign-Ups: Participants must sign up for the newsletters through the paper and stuff LLC giveaway landing page during the Entry Period. Only new subscribers who sign up through the landing page are eligible. These subscribers' emails will be shared with Line & Kind to add to their newsletter list. To be eligible, participants must sign up for the newsletter via the giveaway landing page and follow both Instagram accounts during the Entry Period.
Limit: Only one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.
Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the end of the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the end of the Entry Period.
Prize: The winner will receive a mystery bundle containing products from both paper and stuff LLC and Line & Kind, with an approximate retail value of $100 USD. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products. Items in the bundle are predetermined and cannot be altered or substituted by the winner. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any item in the bundle with a product of equal or greater value if necessary due to product availability. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees related to the prize.
Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted by email and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be selected at random. If the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., age, residency), a new winner will be selected at random.
Shipping: The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost. Prize will be shipped within the 50 United States only. U.S. territories are not eligible for this giveaway.
Privacy: Personal data collected during the giveaway will be shared between paper and stuff LLC and Line & Kind for the purpose of administering the giveaway and marketing communications. Participants who enter by subscribing to the newsletters will have their email used for promotional emails from both companies until they choose to unsubscribe. Participants must remain subscribed to the newsletter until the giveaway has ended and the winner has been notified. After the giveaway, you may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your chances of winning. By entering, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disqualification: The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, submitting fraudulent entries, or otherwise violating the giveaway rules.
Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees to allow both paper and stuff LLC and Line & Kind to use their name, likeness, or social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Force Majeure: The Sponsors are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control that may affect the outcome of this giveaway.
Limitation of Liability: By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless paper and stuff LLC and Line & Kind and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from their participation.
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win this giveaway.
