500th Order Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

  1. Sponsor: This giveaway is hosted by paper and stuff LLC (referred to as "Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or TikTok.

  2. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Employees of paper and stuff LLC, their families, and anyone professionally associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

  3. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on November 14, 2024, and will end once the 500th order is placed on the paper and stuff LLC website, paperandstuff.shop (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after this period will not be eligible.

  4. How to Enter:

    • Purchasers: Every order placed on the paper and stuff LLC website, paperandstuff.shop, during the Entry Period will automatically be entered into the giveaway.

    • Non-Purchasers: Non-purchasers may enter by subscribing to the paper and stuff LLC newsletter during the Entry Period.

    • Limit: Only one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

  5. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries (both purchasers and non-purchasers) after the 500th order has been placed. The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the end of the Entry Period.

  6. Prize: The winner will receive a surprise product bundle valued at approximately $130. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products. The items in the prize bundle are predetermined and cannot be altered or substituted by the winner. However, paper and stuff LLC reserves the right to substitute any item in the bundle with a product of equal or greater value if necessary. The items in the bundle may differ slightly from what is shown in promotional materials due to availability.

  7. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted by email and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be selected at random.

  8. Shipping: The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost. Shipping is only available to addresses within the United States.

  9. Privacy: Personal data collected during the giveaway will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. If a non-purchaser enters the giveaway by subscribing to the paper and stuff LLC newsletter, their email will also be used for promotional emails from paper and stuff LLC until they choose to unsubscribe.

  10. Disqualification: paper and stuff LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, submitting fraudulent entries, or otherwise violating the giveaway rules.

  11. Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees to allow paper and stuff LLC to use their name, likeness, or social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  12. Force Majeure: paper and stuff LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control that may affect the outcome of this giveaway.

  13. Limitation of Liability: By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless paper and stuff LLC and its respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from their participation.
